When it comes to attainable fashion, I’ve never really considered looking to (billionaire!) Oprah. I’ve definitely used her looks as inspiration — from bold winter sweaters to trending cargo pants — but I’d never before considered searching for her exact pieces because I was convinced they’d be so far out of my budget, I’d have to close my laptop and take a deep breath. But this week, she proved me entirely wrong.

During a press conference for the new movie The Color Purple, which she produced, Oprah wore a surprisingly subtle metallic pantsuit, soft lilac turtleneck, and matching purple pumps. The satin-like finish, pointed toe, and sexy heel had me convinced her shoes were designer, so I was shocked when I learned that they were actually only $63 — and still in stock.

Reading that her pumps were only $63 made me do a double take…and a quick Google search, which is how I discovered that she wasn’t the first to rock the affordable brand. Charles & Keith has quickly become a celebrity favorite. Like Oprah, Selena Gomez has worn a pair of shoes from the brand (she opted for loafers) while Jennifer Lopez has been spotted carrying one of its $76 bags. Charles & Keith might be celebrities’ best-kept secret.

And while I’m of course obsessed with Oprah’s shoes, which are available in four colors including black and metallic silver, I also couldn’t help but look around to see what other heels the brand had (it’s holiday party season after all), and discovered some serious must-haves. 

Patent Pointed-Toe Ankle-Strap Pumps

This pointed-toe, strappy pump is classic and sexy. The heel is skinny and sleek, though not ankle-breaking at 3.5-inches. I adore the wrap-around strap that brings a unique element to an otherwise classic silhouette, making an already sexy shoe that much hotter.

Metallic shoes have been one of this year’s hottest trends, with everyone from Amal Clooney to Martha Stewart rocking the style, and they’re perfect for this season’s holiday parties. I’m personally obsessed with this $63 pair, which features a pointed toe and slingback straps, finished with luxe-looking gems.
