Gendron was born and raised in the Arrow Lakes region, and he has been a member of the Arrow Lakes Band ever since he joined the band. The Colville Reservation is home to a number of different Confederated Tribes, including one known as the Arrow Lakes Band. It is possible to follow Gendron’s family tree all the way back to the folks who originally settled in the Arrow Lakes. The city of Spokane is home to all of his educational establishments, which include Eastern Washington University, Spokane Falls Community College, and Cornish College of Arts, among others. His degrees were all obtained from the aforementioned educational institutions.
